Tasting notes and pairing
In visual phase it shows a cherry red color with purple rims. It offers us various aromas of forest fruits (raspberries and cherries) as well as plums, very well integrated with the spicy notes of the wood. Frank on the palate, where we again find it complex and with good acidity. Its medium body makes it ideal for any occasion.

Pasta and rice dishes, oily fish, chicken, sausages, grilled meats, beef, lamb, pork, semi-cured cheeses.
