Vinification and Aging
Manual harvest with fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26º C. 14 months in French and American oak barrels.
Tasting notes and pairing
High layer of color with maroon rims, clean and bright. It is very expressive on the nose, with a high aromatic intensity with aromas of very ripe red fruit and toasted tones from barrel aging.
