Tasting notes and pairing
It presents a high layer of color, purple red and with reflections of the same color. It is very clean and bright. It has a high aromatic intensity. It is a wine with a high aromatic complexity. Lots of very ripe red fruit, even with a touch of liveliness. Certain spicy touches, aromas of dried tea leaves, vanilla touches, herbaceous aromas, but above all it is balance and depth on the nose. In the mouth we find a mature, intense wine, with a present acidity that has allowed it to reach this day with this formidable body. Very ripe tannins, ripe red fruit returns in the retronasal, good volume, breadth, complexity, with a medium body. Very long finish.
Pasta and rice dishes, oily fish, chicken, sausages, grilled meats, beef, lamb, pork, semi-cured cheeses.
