Variety and vineyards

100% Albariño. From vineyards in Arbo, in the extreme northwest of Spain (Rías Baixas). Located at more than 950 meters of altitude, with a limited yield of 3,500 Kg./Ha. Tea County Subzone.

Vinification and Aging

A pre-fermentative cold maceration has been carried out in the press itself, after passing the harvest through an exchanger to reduce the temperature (below 8ºC), it is left to macerate for a few hours to extract aromas and then direct pressing is carried out. After racking to settle the day after maceration, it ferments at around 10-12ºC for at least two weeks.

Tasting notes and pairing

Brilliant straw yellow. Clean and with good intensity of tropical fruits (pineapple and passion fruit), citrus and hints of mint. Tasty, fruity and fresh on the palate, with good balance and a dry finish. It has a clean aftertaste that again evokes the aromas of fruit and herbs. Rice and paellas, especially seafood or vegetables, tempuras, gyozas or tatakis.
