Variety and vineyards
From old vineyards between 45 and 100 years old (Padilla de Duero). Located at more than 800 meters of altitude, with limited performance.

 
Vinification and Aging
Manual harvest with fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26ºC. Maceration for 3-4 weeks, with several daily pump-overs.

Aging in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting notes and pairing
At sight it shows a deep cherry red with violet iridescence. It is very expressive and complex on the nose, with aromas of fresh red fruits, marzipan and toasted touches.
In the mouth, this wine reveals traits of youth and freshness, combined with barrel aging, with a pleasant body and great elegance.
